This is the test shoot that I recorded with the lead singer. It was a good experience to be recording in this manner before recording on location and I was able see how Vlad performed. This gave me the opportunity to see how he could improve in his performance. The ways that I saw that Vlad could improve his performance was that he would squint his eyes a lot. I think he did this to give this to give a serious image of the singer. However, I wanted to show more confidence and emotion coming from the lead. Another thing I thought that he was too static. So create more movement I would like to see Vlad move the mic stand more enforce the sense of movement and will show off confidence through his body language.

The Fountain
I watched 'The Fountain' film and I found the surreal futuristic moments very alluring as the yellow ochre overlay of colour helped to enforce the feeling of being in a different world. I will use this appearance in my own music video.

We found out that Shuvojit’s idea is more likely to be chosen, seeing as it is more possible for us.

Make sure that the cast knows what they are required to do and perform to their best ability. If they fail to do so, replacement will have to be considered.

Chosen Song
For the song we could choose for our music video we were only given only one rule. The rule was that it couldn't be by a famous artist. So the only root was to pick aspiring music artists. I came across a link from sound cloud, which has a playlist of songs. They were all done by indie artists. The songs had problmes in the sense one songs felt like the singer was mumbling. So, we would have problems with lip-syching. The song that I have chosen is 'Susie' by 'Flash the Readies'. the genre of the song is indie-rock. the pace of the song is slow. However, has fast pace moments. the lyrics of music refer to 'leaving the station'. This inspired me to want to capture a journey in the music video.
